Welcome to Stoke-on-Trent City Council

This is without question one of the most exciting regeneration roles in local government, with the opportunity to oversee ambitious Levelling Up and Transforming Cities programmes, an exciting partnership with Homes England to deliver 3,000 new homes, delivery of a bespoke home for the Home Office, and a raft of other town centre, cultural and heritage projects. Stoke-on-Trent is host to an envious range of development opportunities. We are also delivering a major bus improvement plan and investment in active travel routes, and are transforming our use of energy to decarbonise the city. We are working hard to ensure development is sustainable and brings real social value to our residents and communities. On top of all that, we will be the home of the new Office for Place - further testament of our great work and recognition from Government. This is a great opportunity to deliver for the people, businesses and communities of Stoke-on-Trent, creating a city ready for the future.
